Following 30 years of successful tour operating, Transun Travel continues to go from strength to strength. We are market leaders in a range of Arctic holidays whereby you can stay in an igloo, experience a husky safari, or go in search of the Northern Lights by snowmobile.

We are currently recruiting for a Reservations and Customer Services Associate to make holiday reservations, drive sales, and ensure the delivery of first-class customer service.  Our focus is on delivering a high quality and professional service - from the moment our clients make an enquiry to the moment they return home from their holiday. Our team is small but highly efficient and organised, and we are passionate about what we do. All applicants must be literate, organised and have a good telephone manner.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Handling sales enquiries by telephone and in writing.
  • Dealing with customer service matters, and ensuring prompt aftercare.
  • Reservations administration.
  • Processing bookings from travel agents.
  • Maintaining relationships with key trade partners.

You will be required to work under your own initiative and be able to multi-task. You should be computer literate and willing to engage with an evolving business model. You should be willing to share your love for travel in this customer-facing role.

Hours: Average 43 hours per week, includes some Saturdays.

Salary: Dependent upon experience.
