Complaints

If there was something on your holiday that you weren't entirely satisfied with, then please write to us at the address below.

We hope that you had a fully enjoyable experience, but if you feel you need to make an official complaint about something, then please write to us within 28 days of your return home. (It is important under these circumstances that you have raised any concerns immediately when overseas, so that that gives us a chance to rectify matters without delay.)
