The Malla cabins (named after the legendary local giant Malla) comprise of two twin rooms and a spacious mezzanine level with two further beds, ideal for parties up to six people. A stone fire place at the heart of the cabin’s living area creates the perfect space to unwind after an adventure-filled day in the snow, and for adults to relax in after the little ones have gone to bed! The Malla Premium cabins are perfect for families looking for a more luxurious getaway. Though the floorplan of the Malla Premium and Standard cabin options are the same, the interiors differ, with the Premium cabins being furnished in a contemporary Scandinavian style with traditional carvings and Aurora skyscapes adorning the walls. The Tundrea Apartments are situated in an ideal location, nestled amongst Tundrea's collection of cabins. The layout is simple and works perfectly for a cosy stay in Lapland: a mezzanine sleeping level with room to sleep two, and an open-plan living and kitchenette area which converts into a sleeping area for two further people make up this option. Meals are served in Tundrea's restaurant, a short walk away.
The Tundrea penthouse offers fantastic views overlooking Lake Kilpisjarvi, with the Saana fell to the east. The penthouse offers a simple layout and has everything you need for a cosy stay in Lapland. This accommodation is not suitable to anybody with mobility issues, due to a number of steps to the room.
Newly built in the summer of 2021, and offering the highest standard of accommodation in the area, the Wau House at Tundrea is a pinnacle of design and luxury in Finnish Lapland. Based on two floors, the upper floor contains a double bedroom with glass roof, from which you may see the unfurling Northern Lights or the glistening stars. The downstairs area has a seating area with views overlooking the iconic Saana Fell and space to sleep a further two people. Meals are served in Tundrea's restaurant, a short walk away, and this accommodation may therefore not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
The Tundrea Tsakhkal is situated in the middle of the fell birches. The rooms have experiential views to the Saana fell. The suites can comfortably accommodate two, available with double or twin beds.
