Stylish stays in snowscape surrounds!

Newly opened in March 2023, Kilpisjarvi’s newest accommodation offering is a sumptuous retreat set in the very Arctic wilderness which True Lapland is known for. This new 42-room hotel takes inspiration from the nature which surrounds it – the pristine snowscapes and the iconic Saana Fell which towers over it.

Rooms are spacious and contemporary in Nordic design, and include all the facilities and amenities required for a comfortable stay after a day’s adventures in the Arctic. Rear-facing rooms have spectacular views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, many facing the mighty Saana Fell – the source of so many of Kilpisjarvi’s ancient myths and legends.

The elegant and trendy restaurant and bar area offers equally impressive views from the front of the hotel. Perched on the incline of the village, the restaurant showcases the village of Kilpisjarvi, its dramatic scenery, and the mountainous horizon which surrounds it – all from the comfort of the bar. Sit back and relax. Gin and tonic with a view?

Transfer to/from Enontekio Airport: 2 hours with stop enroute.

Why We Like It

This new hotel is stylish and contemporary but not pretentious, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay amongst the achingly beautiful scenery which surrounds it.

A Room With a View!

The ‘glass wall’ concept in many rooms gives spectacular views overlooking Saana Fell and the fresh, crisp, snowy surrounds.
