Many of the UK's leading travel reporters and editors have also travelled with us in recent years...

Take a look at some of the things they've been saying...

"A festive gift your child will never forget..."

"...And, of course, there was our exclusive visit to Father Christmas. For that we had our own appointment time. In the meantime, we had fun elsewhere - not least burying dad in the snow and throwing snowballs at him."

"But nothing, and I mean nothing, can compare to seeing your child light up with joy when they finally get to pop along to Chez Claus for their very own one-to-one."

"Recommend it? I'd be there myself again given half the chance."

Birmingham Mail, 12 October 2011.

With its huge fir trees, cosy-looking cottages and clear blue sky, Santa's homeland looked just as it does on Christmas cards.

...At the door, Wick the elf addressed us each by name and told us Santa had been looking forward to meeting us.

The boys were then invited in to meet Father Christmas himself.

"Hello, Mitchell. Hello, Harrison," said the old man, smiling.

... For the boys, meeting Santa was the ultimate gift - but we also set aside time for one of my lifelong ambitions - to see the northern lights.

Terry Austin, Daily Star, 27 November 2011.
