This requires extrovert candidates, full of character, Christmas cheer with an ability to communicate with clients. The role is all encompassing in its responsibilities; you will be requires to escort client groups from the moment they land until the moment they leave. Your main responsibilities will be during the activities days when you will have to ensure the optimum experience of each client. You may need to encourage and participate in activities such as husky dog sledging, snowmobiles, or simple snow fun including snow man building, snow hockey and snow shoeing.

 

You will need to liaise closely with you colleagues and suppliers to ensure locations are of a high standard, activities are punctual and that suppliers are well informed of the predetermined schedule. The role requires a focused individual with and ability to react to situations, problem solve and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Importantly you will have to be able to communicate with your colleagues about areas of improvement which will have to be executed immediately to ensure issues are resolved before the next group arrives.

 

You will need to be a strong team player with good communication skills. You will need to be organised and be able to react to arising situations quickly and efficiently. You will need to have a good understanding of logistics and be able to coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and client groups. You will be dealing with clients and therefore customer service experience is an advantage. Clients will look to you as a point of information which means you must be fully aware and knowledgeable about all aspects of they trip including timings, activities and general local knowledge.

 

 You will need to be able to resolve any client concerns in an instant and step into a situation and resolve it as and when necessary, you must be self motivated and confident in your abilities to deliver 101% customer satisfaction.

 

During the operational period the role will involve long working hours with little breaks or time off therefore endurance and the ability to work under pressure while presenting a pleasant demeanour at all times is crucial.
