After over 25 years of successful tour operating, we continue to go from strength to strength. We¹ve just launched a new range of Arctic Spirit holidays where you can stay in an igloo, experience a husky safari, or go in search of the Northern Lights by snowmobile. You will be working on a range of tasks to include preparation of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, VAT Returns, Payroll, managing UK & overseas payments, credit control and all banking issues.

All applicants must hold a recognised accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience and possess a broad knowledge of financial processes and computer systems. Knowledge of the hotel or travel industry is beneficial. The role will provide exposure to management accounts preparation, international business processes, a varied range of tasks and valuable financial experience.

You will need to be self-motivated and confident team player. This role requires an open mind, the ability to organize and communicate effectively whilst been able to delegate accordingly. You will need to have a good grasp of planning / logistics and be able to make changes / decisions as and when necessary and most of time on the spot and be able to communicate these changes to the team and all suppliers efficiently.

This is a permanent positions in our Oxford office.
