ON THIS SHORT three-night break you will experience some exhilarating activities that take you into the beautiful natural surroundings of Northern Lapland. And the highlight of your break will be the two occasions when you set off beneath an Arctic night sky in the hope of encountering the fabled Northern Lights. We cannot guarantee that you'll see this spectacular natural phenomenon, of course, but you'll certainly have every chance of an unforgettable encounter.

3 NIGHT ITINERARY
Your three night Northern Lights break begins with a Saturday flight from Gatwick to Tromso in Norway, the gateway to the Arctic. From Tromso you make the three-and-a-half hour transfer to the Davvi Arctic Lodge in Karesuando
Your Northern Lights break begins with a Saturday flight from Gatwick to Tromsų in Norway, the Gateway to the Arctic. From Tromsų, you make the three-and-a-half hour transfer to the Davvi Arctic Lodge in Karesuando, Finnish Lapland, a spectacular journey, travelling through the majestic fjords before passing over the Finmark plateau into Finland. As well as three nights' full-board accommodation in the delightful surroundings of the Davvi Arctic Lodge and loan of an all-in-one thermal suit and boots, your break includes the following activities for you to enjoy before your return flight on Tuesday:
NORTHERN LIGHTS SNOWMOBILE SAFARI
Duration: Two hours
An evening excursion when, with the night sky overhead, you head out through the wintry wilderness to a vantage point in the hope of seeing the fabled and magical Northern Lights. Two adults share a snowmobile. Includes hot drink.
NORTHERN LIGHTS FOREST TREK
Duration: One hour minimum
You will be guided on a walk through the forest to a spectacular viewpoint, overlooking the divided village of Karesuando. From here, you may be lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights unfold above the village before returning to the warmth of the Davvi Arctic Lodge.Includes hot drink.
CALL OF THE WILD HUSKY SAFARI
Duration: Two hours
An unforgettable adventure into the wilderness, pulled by your own team of beautiful huskies. Two adults share a sled and dog team. Includes hot drink.
REINDEER CAMP
Duration: Three hours
Learn about herding and lassoing reindeer from authentic reindeer farmers. Then venture into the wilderness on a reindeer sleigh safari. Includes hot drink.
