This fully inclusive, family friendly short break is perfect for the whole family to experience all the fun that Lapland's Arctic landscapes have to offer, with lengths of stay ranging from 3 and 4 to 7 nights. There's a host of activities: from tobogganing and kick-sledging to skiing for beginners, snowboarding and kids' snowmobiles. You'll also see huskies and reindeer and be able to experience practice runs pulled by these remarkable animals. The trip is ideal for children of all ages and there's also plenty for their parents and grandparents to enjoy.

Family Snow Fun Adventure itinerary
4 NIGHT ITINERARY
Day 1:
Fly from the UK in the morning. Arrive at your hotel in the afternoon. The rest of the day will be at leisure and no doubt the kids will want to start playing in the snow already. Or you can book an optional excursion (at extra cost). We recommend the Snowmobile Panorama (1.5hrs). Dinner at the Davvi hotel and cabins. Meals: D.
Day 2:
Today there's a whole range of Snow Games activities waiting for you (tobogganing, kids' snowmobiles, kick sledges and more) and an exciting visit to a Reindeer Camp. At the Reindeer Camp you'll learn about the traditions and way of life of the local reindeer herders and everyone will be invited to join in a practice run (100m). There's also a specially-designed, extra-value option to add on a 1km reindeer mini-safari at a special price of £25 per adult (2-sharing), £20 child 3-12.
There will be free time in the afternoon. The kids can continue to enjoy Snow Games at the activity points around the hotel. Alternatively, adults and bigger kids may wish to book an optional excursion (extra cost). You could try the 'Call of the Wild' husky safari (2 hrs) or Ice Fishing & Snowmobile (2.5hrs). In the evening, you may wish to book the Northern Lights Snowmobile Safari (2 hrs) as an optional extra. Meals: B, L, D.
Day 3:
There are more Snow Games activities to be enjoyed today and you will also visit a Husky Camp. The Snow Games activities include tobogganing, stigas (which are like go-carts on skis!), kids' snowmobiles and more. And there's time for snowball fights and building snowmen. At the husky camp you will learn about huskies and how to care for them. Then everyone will enjoy a practice run (100m). And for those for whom a short run is just not enough, there is the chance to add on a longer, 3km husky mini-safari at a special price of £25 per adult and £20 per child aged 3-12.
In the afternoon, the kids can continue to enjoy the many activities at the activity points around the hotel or there are optional excursions you can book (extra cost). We recommend you try the Reindeer Camp Safari (3hrs) or take a Snowshoe Trip (2hrs). In the evening, you may wish to book the Northern Lights Husky Safari (2.5hrs) as an optional extra. Day 4:
Today we venture into the nearby village of Hetta, which is the setting for our special Family Fun activity day. There's loads to do: from tobogganing and kick-sledging to snowball fights! The setting for our activities is near a small slope with a drag lift which makes it the perfect location for some great tobogganing. And you can also visit a nearby Snow Castle which you will have time to explore. Lunch will be included during the day. As if this isn't enough, how about adding on our optional Horse Sleigh ride - a thirty minute ride in magisterial style around the village (0.5hr). Meals: B, L, D.
Day 5:
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll be free to relax for the rest of the morning. There may be time for an optional excursion. Perhaps a snowmobile safari or a reindeer ride. Transfer to the airport for your return flight. Meals: B.
3 NIGHT ITINERARY
Designed for those who prefer a shorter, action-packed stay, the three-night short break follows the same itinerary as the four-night programme above, with the activities of Day 2 and Day 3 merged into a single day.
7 NIGHT ITINERARY
Ideal for those who prefer a longer stay with more time either to relax or to choose from a whole host of exciting optional extra activities. The programme follows the four-night itinerary with extra days at leisure with optional activities available to book.
